The same pattern is observable cross-culturally.
Internationally, you have a racial hierarchy of different distributions for acts of violence, rape, etc.
Blacks commit more crime in SA, in Europe, in China, in SAmer per-capita than any other group, whilst NorthEastAsians tend to commit the least. This is such a consistant correlation (race) that it exceeds social and economic status (when controlled for) in accurate predictor (higher correlation).

Let me take this a step further: if you're interested in hiring the best chemical engineer for a top position in your firm, it takes time to interview and research applicants. Normally you may just look at the university they went to, but with affirmative action that is now only useful to discriminate within races. If you have 300 ivy-league applicants, 10 of them are black, but can only interview 50, it makes complete sense not to interview a single black applicant. No "racism" required.

If you wish to pick someone on the sole criteria of "not raping", and all you know is what 'race' they belong to, you're better off picking a white individual over a black individual.
In instances where you don't have time to get to know each person, race is a less accurate but faster way to discriminate.

"Black" in this context refers to a genetic basket. If you are a member of X genetic cluster - male or female, black or native american, tall or short - you will be predisposed to different behaviors. Men are genetically more predisposed to raping than women, even though modern weaponry allows women to do so.

It doesn't matter that I cant be sure the next black guy I meet is a rapist, gangster etc. He probably isn't, and Im not going to assume he is, but he's not the only one there is. Of I have a city with 1/2 million blacks, then the group statistics matter incredibly and then the number of criminals accords with race distribution. Africa is in political turmoil for many reasons, not the least of which is the collapse of European imperialism with the advent of "foreign aid" from the west. You can't boil it down to one issue, and I'm not saying that race isn't a factor but it isn't the only (or possibly main) factor.

The Mexicans are not only slowly displacing us White's but also have in fact lowered our wage index. There comes a time when we as White's need to see that we are negatively affected!

There are issues because there is an artificial propagation of minority culture in government policy and (government sponsored) media. The tension comes from the government, free human interaction would solve more of the problem than the government ever could. The problem is 90% government / social welfare policies.

I didn't mean collectivism in terms of free associations, I mean the attempts to make objective value claims about racial groups, I have no problem with people self-segregating. I have a problem with institutionalized propagation of vague and poorly defined demographic groups as 'superior' or seeking to instill "pride" in ones' race (white or black), if there was only free interaction among individuals with no social agendas from state institutions, there would be effectively no problems.
