My fear is that I am not sure that I am living the way a christian should. I am forgivin but I mess up alot and I pray all the time that Jesus forgives me.

Honestly, I have often had the same fears. I'm afraid I'm going to mess up and I'm afraid of what people will think of me then. WE ARE GOING TO MESS UP. There's no way around it. But that shouldn't stop you from accepting Christ. Don't think you have to better yourself before you turn to Him. And don't be too ashamed to approach God because of your sin. Bring your sin to Him because he'll take it away.

And once you are a true Christian, you will still mess up, but he will always forgive you.

Hi Shannon. Thank you for posting this and being brave enough to speak of your fears. I withdrew from a church (not the churchs fault) because of those fears. I found myself hiding smoking cigarettes in public not because of what God thought of it, but hiding from other people. Everything I do or don't do should be because of how God and I see it, not about the judgement of others. I'm still working on my convictions & I will choose to listen to the VOICE of TRUTH. =)

This video really did inspired me last year on my review for the licensure examination for pharmacist. It's really important to know who to listen to, what your motives are and who your God is. .

Hey Shnnon, glad to see you saw this video. I just saw that last week on youtube. You should see flywheel and Fireproof. My Biggest fear is failing to raise my three boys to be men of God.
