  • haha, thats what my puppy keeps doing while im trainging her to bring me things =) glad im not alone =P

  • I am very very interested in getting a PSD. I need to find a breed for anxiety, depression, OCD, ADD, and an eating disorder. I have a friend who trains so I am good there, but I really need one as right now I have an extremely hard time functioning in high school. Your videos make me so excited and happy!

  • LOL when my PSD heard you say "bring it" He started to look to see if I had dropped something on the floor xD. No dogs are perfect. I think Winston is a great SD. You've gotta have a sense of humor when training a SD, otherwise you're likely to get frustrated easily lol. I know how hard it is owner training, and stressful at times. But at the end, when you are able to see him complete a task, to me it just makes it worth while =) I enjoy being able to say "my dog can do that" hehe.

  • If you are unabel to think for yoruself or you think or goign to go insane or do sothign stupdi cna this dog help u out

  • dont allow him to play with the vest. keep him on leash and have him get the vest on leash correct him if he starts to play with it and dont allow him to tug on his vest when you say drop he should let go the first time the instant you say drop.

  • @Guidedogpuppy18 she didn't ask for advice. I think she and her dog are doing fine.

  • you did say "get your vest" which of course means to get it an kill it right? XD

  • Perhaps train the fetch behavior as a behavior chain, and perfect the "drop" command on cue separately.

Click only after a successful drop, and he'll drop quickly because he's looking forward to the click.

If he only tugs some times, try not to re enforce it. Cute behaviors can get less cute if they grow. He need to understand which items are toys and which are tools.

  • LOL, that's pretty much what I go through with my GDIT when I tell him to get his leash :)

  • This is CUTE! but try a trade, thats what worked for my SDiT. Good luck!

  • I am training my dog for PSD do you have any advice? Please message me.

  • LMAO@ Winston XD!!! You silly dog, you!

  • Lol. Love it Win :)

  • Nice job Win! Nothing wrong with having a little fun while 'at work', right?! LOL
