  • lmfao poish your rod lol X4CTO

  • Your balls tighten up hahahaa

  • LMAO!

  • Thanks for the info!

  • You're welcome bro... thanks for watching it.

  • Woo, polish that rod!

Yeah I need to get myself some sort of sharpening tool, usually my friend sharpens my knives for me....

  • LOL!

Get yourself one of these Crock Stick systems... they're about $15 and they are simple and put a great edge back on your blades in no time. I mean there's better systems out there, but there's definitely worse too.

  • Great vid man. You can also use a block eraser for pencils to clean up your rods too. I use that on my ceramic stones.

  • Thank you much bro.

Thanks for that tip about the eraser too... I am going to try that right now. Is it the rectangular pink erasers you're talking about... I have some of those I can try.

  • @X4CTO Yepp, I just used some regular pink erasers.

  • I just tried it... works pretty damn good.

  • the title = awsomeness

  • LOL! Thank you =)

  • Damn u got a small rod man

  • LMAO! I know, I have a small Crock.

  • I would love to see YT knife guru do a how-to for sharpening different style serration. I mean when I try to sharpen a serrated knife that really when my balls shrivel up. Great vid!!!

  • Yeah sharpening serrations is not the easiest thing to do... but it can be done easier and easier with each time you do it. The Crock Sticks can do the larger serrations, but it doesn't do as good on the smaller ones. The best system I've found for serrated blades is the Spyderco Sharpmaker... I hope to get one soon.

  • HAHAHA man you crack me up, great vid!!

  • LOL, thank you... I appreciate that.

  • Great idea, you always what to have a clean rod, and a sharp knife you never know when you might need them.

  • Thank you. That's right... nobody likes a dirty rod, and a dull blade, haha.

  • those metal pads are called "steel wool" pads.

  • Yeah that's what I was trying to think of... steel wool.

The non-metallic green scouring pads work better, but I didn't have any on hand and my wife would have got pissed if I used the last one for my rod, LMAO!

  • Oh... all the innuendos that could be made from this video...

    Thanks for sharing.. Great info

  • LMAO! True.

You're welcome, thank you for watching.

  • lol ball shrinking razor's edge, awesome

  • LOL! That's how sharp I like 'em bro.

  • good vid bro. Once my knife collection grows some, and I start to get some of the upper class knives, I will need to get me one of those badboys!

  • Thank you bro.

Yeah these Crock Sticks are only about $15 or so and very much worth more than that. It helps me keep all my blades nice and hair splitting sharp.

  • Thanks for the great tips. You have a great channel, hope you get more suscriber, you surely hearned it!

  • You're welcome, and thank you for the compliments.

  • wd 40 works great on my ceramic rod! thanks for the tip

  • I'll have to remember that.

You're welcome, thanks for watching =)

  • You're welcome... and thank you for watching.

  • Great channel. I have always wanted to know how to clean my rod. LOL. You have a very British sense of humour.

    :-)

  • Thank you, I appreciate that.

Well now you know the proper way to clean your rod when it's dirty, lol!

Thanks again, I was always told I had a strange sense of humor, haha.

  • i need a cross stick, because normally I just use a smiths.

  • I've never tried the Smiths sharpeners, but this Lansky works great for the price. I wanted a Spyderco Sharpmaker, but I damn sure didn't want to pay for it... maybe later, haha.

  • My balls tighten up too. :D

  • LMMFAO!!!

  • I clean my rod everynight. :D

  • LMAO!!
