I used to cramp my leg all the time cause i didn't stretch enough before/after sports, I found the best way for me to get over it was just squeeze it as tightly as possible... Seems to hurt less, but maybe thats just my mentality xD
It is such a shame they are all so terrified of water, I am surprised too...I know how to swim since I was 5 years old, and actually it was later then the others (at least here in Serbia) because most of them learn how to swim when they are about 3,4 years old. And we don't have a seaside....

It's possible, because when you apply in order to be a contestant in TAR, you must tell what do you expect about the race, if you know to swim, to drive, what are you afraid of, what would you like to do, and that kind of stuffs...
