I should clear something up, I'm not against any religion, I am not ant-religion and I respect everyone. I am a practicing Christian actually, but I just don't consider myself religious. In my personal opinion, religion does give us moral code and helps people become better. But there's more-What I believe in is relationship, that through a personal encounter with God, the whole person can be transformed. I think religion can only take us so far.. Christians did not break up Rifqa's family. Rifqa's wanting to be Christian and being in fear of an honour killing by her family or community mosque was brought out and Christians wanted her protected.
The courts and their investigations will decide whether or not Rifqa's fear is founded or unfounded and then Rifqa will or will not be returned based on the facts/evidence.

Judge Daniel Dawson ruled Ohio has jurisdiction over the case involving the teen, Rifqa Bary.
Before the girl gets sent back, the judge says he needs immigration papers proving her status in the U.S. and proof from the state of Florida that she can continue her virtual schooling and receive credit in Ohio.
