Hello. I actually like the way you train. There are many that keep putting down training with light weight. It's so true. Your way of training will really make you lean. I'm with you. I never used the any other equipment. I did a lot of walking. I did some research and to bulk up a lot of people use steroids. There is no way around that. I was never going to use steroids. I don't like that idea.i rather train for toning. Keep up the good work. :-)
Full body exercises are Squats,Chins,Rows,Presses etc...Not bicep curls and tricep extensions.
You're doing isolation exercises and claiming they're full body exercises. You're a kid that looks good and really doesn't know about fitness like you think. Full body exercises like the ones I mentioned work multiple muscle groups. You';re better off performing full body exercises in a circuit fashion with enough resistance to allow 15-20 reps. Not 100. More isn't better like you think.
@shannonjm412 First of all mr i used to be a trainer clearly you were not trained in all aspects because i too am a personal trainer and ACE certified. To clarify this technique as I did in the beginning of this series..when i shot this video my modelling company wanted me to lose mass but still stay tight and toned. So I used one of the only techniques to do that
@FITasUwannaB : extremely high reps, which also burns a huge percentage of body fat combined with the right macronutrient combining. Also you need to slap yourself hard in the face because lactic acid training also stretches the fascia which limits even most trained athletes growth, if growth was what I was trying to achieve I would do a mis of fast twitch, slow and intermediate twitch work to get the best hypertrophy results.
@FITasUwannaB continued: And to further make you feel ridiculous in school we never used terms such as medium reps, its hypertropthy sets, strength sets and endurance ie; fast twitch, intermediate and slow. type 2 fibers, type 2X fibers and type 1. And in this vid I was 8 % body fat and 170 lbs, so in regards to your comment of me not having muscle I actually had 156.4lbs lean muscle tissue and 13.6lbs fat mass.
@FITasUwannaB continued: To correct your statement I have almost all muscle but not alot of mass in this video. And last but not least Im a model so dont get me started with shadow techniques and their effects, because white light washes out your definition, ie why bodybuilders (which is what I now do) get tans before a show. class dismissed.
@FITasUwannaB You claim the exercises in the beginning of your video were movements that train multiple body parts. Those are not. I was a trainer from 20-40 year old. Your training method just pumps blood into a muscle. It doesn't offer long term help. Not even toning. That training is so temporary.
@shannonjm412 Look there is strategic science following my methods used in this video. you are probably old and stopped learning years ago. And it is a fully body exercise not compound which is what you mean. There is a time and place for the exercises you mentioned this was not the time. There is different science for everything. And if anyone is reading this fools replys you need to choose the method the best suits your end goal mine again was to lose mass and not get flabby.
Nice way to use shadows to make your body look built. You don't have any muscle. lmao
Those reps only burn lactic acid and do nothing for the body. All you get is a burn and risk of tearing a tendon. I know. I was a personal trainer for many years until I turned 42. No need to train that fast.
Medium reps and resistance with a proper diet tone you up. NOT GOING 1000 miles an hour.
hey mate, i ordered my resistance band set the other day and have received it today... im 16, 6ft1 and 68kg, what do you recommend to tone but still put on muscle? thanks
@XxJanson34Xx thats a very long winded answer...stay subscribed and soon you will have tons of challenging muscle building/toning workouts I assure you :)
@smooch357 I just got a brand new HD recorder I have not had a device for a while now im back in business so your wish shall soon be granted...continue to check trust me and spread the word my friend...thanks alot for your interest in me.
I'm 30 years old. 6 '2", @ about 235-240Lbs. And I'm a a flabby pig. I have a fairly large frame to begin with. Could I employ this type of training to slim down (quickly) and build at least a little bit of muscle? Or will this type of training only tone? If I'm starting with next to nothing, adding resistance, even in a small amount, would it add mass?
@Trag1cMag1c I recommend doing strength training monday, wed, fri full body multi joint movements ( such as squat and press, squat, burpees, bench press, military presses, etc) to burn more calories with 30-60 seconds rest in between...tues and thurs 20 min cardio cardio...you gotta go heavy for your strength training though where you are only able to achieve 5 reps of a single exercise...ill be doing more vids about this subject my friend
Could you put up some lower body exercises with the elastic bands? I prefer how thorough you are and I'm kind of looking towards your style of workout. Thanks, beginner mo
You did very well explaining your training methods - started with this kind of training 8 weeks ago - and I can feel the progress and see it already. This is an intelligent and efficient way to work out without hurting your self. Thanks man!
complete bogus. High reps = bigger rounder muscles.... low reps = smaller dense muscles!

@FITasUwannaB I was 222 with just as low body fat at one time. I was drug free.
You're much smaller. You could never get big. I was trained by Mike Katz. I feel I'd rather listen to him. Your methods are hilarious and laughable.

@FITasUwannaB I dont understand. If you are 170, 13,6 lbs of fat, and 156.4 lbs or muscle, how the hell are you standing up. Organs+Bones?
