That always happen just Do this to get rid of it:

1.) Just go to the draws to change clothes.

2.) Shift+Ctrl+C Then type in Testingcheatsenabled true Then Enter and Hold Shift click on your sim and "Edit In create a sim" then change clothes hair etc etc (You can evan change it to a teenager or Y/A) and change skin tone blah blah all that. (<---- The quicker way)
