Senator Edwards is a skilled attorney, who knows how to budget his time wisely, and I think, for the benefit of many people like myself. The publicity he generated for Habitat for Humanity caused many new volunteers to participate, even if his busy schedule only permitted him to hammer nails for a short time. His many successes in court make me think more highly of him. Somebody needs to defend the rights of poor people and injured victims. It's a skill very much needed in Washington, DC. IMHO

Senator John Edwards is a very smart man - smart as a whip, as they say. I would like to see him as a running mate for Hillary or Obama. I used to say I'd vote Republican when (1) I became a millionaire or (2) hell freezes over, but neither of those things has happened yet. Senator Edwards is a skilled attorney, who knows how to budget his time wisely, and I think, for the benefit of many people like myself. The publicity he generated for Habitat for Humanity caused many new volunteers to participate, even if his busy schedule only permitted him to hammer nails for a short time. His many successes in court make me think more highly of him. Somebody needs to defend the rights of poor people and injured victims. It's a skill very much needed in Washington, DC. IMHO

Senator John Edwards is a very smart man - smart as a whip, as they say. I would like to see him as a running mate for Hillary or Obama. I used to say I'd vote Republican when (1) I became a millionaire or (2) hell freezes over, but neither of those things has happened yet. He was just down in Louisiana hammering nails for Habitat for Humanity. His heart is in the right place. I can't get over the feeling that many (not all) Republicans are borderline crooks. It's what I see in my job everyday.

Health care is a great example, the more involved our government gets, the more the prices go up. Because their regulations suit the businesses that the gov officials invest in, so their profits will go up.

Naming Mrs. Clinton has his V.P would totally go against everything he has been saying during his whole campaign. JFK was a WWII Navy Commander war hero and had13 years in Congress before running for president.
REAGAN was a two term governor of California, one of the largest states in the country with one of the largest economies (comparable to running a small country w/35 million people)

FDR won two terms as U.S. Senator to N.Y., he was Asst. Secretary to the Navy, and he served 2 terms as Governor or N.Y. (again, being a governor you can argue it's comparable to leading a small country. In adition, N.Y. is one of our larger states with a large economy).
