it looks better cause there's wifi running around nearby. you can purchase and iphone and pay as you go (pre-paid) and have wifi connectivity to match this quality..i have the g1 but its not spectacular i only got it cause at&t has rediculous monthly family plans. if iphone was out for tmobile or verizon i wouldve got it no doubt.

it's easy.... just open a video in youtube and press menu..... then there must be option which says normal quality or high quality. just click it in and turn it into high quality. and u can improve your quality,

HOW CAN YOU MAKE A VIDEO IF YOU DONT KNOW YOUR PHONE??

if your on a 3g connection choose a video and when it starts to play press MENU and select HIGH QUALITY you dont need to have a wifi connection to watch high quality videos!!!!

this video was made 2 months ago , this was then the 1.5 release wasent out and this option was not avaliable so next time you do a comment , get your facts right !

Thank you. I just tested this with my web series and it looks os much better. Good trick to know if I am ever trying to plug it to people at parties (assuming the place I am at has wi-fi)

I think tmobile probably degrades the quality intentionally so that they load quicker. I have no idea though. I just bought my G1 it arrives on monday. I ve been watching your videos and Im getting excited to give all this stuff a shot. Is Android an open source program that I could attempt to write my own programs?

Firstly thanks 4 watching all my videos and i hope they have convinced you to buy a g1 , yes android is open sourced and you can make your own apps with SDK , i dont no how to , its a very hard process , you will have to google it
