5-Cutting out Ailerons Part 1 - Building HZ Super Cub from Scratch

I added ailerons to my SuperCub using two servos. My turns are now sharp and precise and the plane indeed is now a pleasure to fly. I also upgraded to a brushless 400 motor system and new prop. The only issue I have is somewhat poor rolls. When I use the ailerons, the plane rolls one or two times but dives sharply downward at the same time. I can't seem to get a smooth straight rolling action. Any advice out there? Thanks.
