@GingerDrummer1409 thanks, and it makes the headlights pretty dim and hard to see, but i installed super bright xenon white headlight bulbs so its not too bad.
@graffwriter17 Yeah, they def are reliable at 140k. I have had mine for about a year and it has 131k on it, no problems whatsoever, had to get nothing fixed. The 3800 is a great engine, lots of them go to 200k and beyond.
@erikbz28 im thinking about just gettn a 97-2001 camry with under 1500 thousand miles or somthing for around 3500 dollars.. if i find a grand prix gt in good condition with about 100,000 ill will just get that. i hope the grand prixs transmission is reliable to..
where did u get the smoked head lights? and do u think its worth smoking out the tail lights, and shud i drop the car or is it low enough, just wanted ur view, my cars black.
@bakwall bought the smoked headlight covers used from an online ad for $20, and they look great. U can pretty much find them used online for cheap. I also got smoked taillights used online for $25, and they look great too. I'd say its def worth it. As far as lowering it, I don't really have a preference, never bothered to lower mine, its low enough for me.
where did you get those headlight covers from? iv been trying to find some

i have an 01 gt.i suggest intake, 3in downpipe, hv3, and a shift kit to get things started.then maybe plog, and tune then rockers

i want to buy a used 99 grand prix gt. can any one tell me if they are reliable with 140,000 miles on it?

@richardferran it will do 0-60 in about 7.5-8.0 secs, depending on the launch and conditions...so not real fast but its been a really good car for me
