das lied von cro is schon nicht schlecht, ich hab mir aber schon gedacht dass ich das irgendwo her kenne.vor allem ist das hier nicht das einzigste lied wo er ''klaut''.wenn jetzt jemand daher kommt und meint: verdammt, echt geiler beat und geile idee! - und keine ahnung hat, dass das sich jemand anderes ausgedacht hat, finde ich das schon ziemlich dreist nirgendwo überhaupt zu kennzeichnen, dass das nicht von ihm ist.wenn wir ehrlich sind, so genial sind die texte von cro nicht.

@gaibacher Das Album "Easy" von Cro ist nur ein Mixtape.. deswegen sind auch die meisten Beats von alten Songs. Cro bringt erst im Sommer sein erstes eigenes Album herraus.

darum gehts nicht, sondern darum, dass er nirgens hin schreibt dass es nicht seine lieder sind. jemand, der die originallieder nicht kennt, geht davon aus dass sie von ihm sind.da ist dann mixtape auch nur ein willkürlicher albumname.für mich ist es einfach mit fremden lorbeeren schmücken, da der hype durch nicht völlig selbstgemachten liedern besteht.wäre schade wenn dann im sommer eine enttäuschung auf uns zu kommt

@gaibacher Ja da ist CRO aber aber heutzutage gewiss keine Ausnahme mehr. Mir fallen etliche Songs ein die den Beat ursprünglich aus anderen Liedern haben. Bsp. FloRida- Good feeling, etc.. im Gegenteil Remakes stehen an der Tagesordnung- und

zudem sind sie nicht verpflichtet dies irgendwo zu vermerken.

Und selbst mit Urheberrechtlicher Erlaubnis ist Samplen doch eine Art Nachmachen oder Covern. Und wie man in der Raffaelo Werbung noch besser hört, hat er nicht nur das "Sunny" gesamplet, sondern auch den Beat und die Melodie übernommen und nur einen neuen Text geschrieben, was im HipHop zwar nicht nur legitim sondern sogar eine Häufigkeit ist, aber trotzdem als Diebstahl empfunden werden kann!
