  • When Sean Penn won for MILK..................and was amazing in it and delivered the best gay performance by far from any straight man............wait.

When Sean Penn looked at Mickey and said to him, you are truly my brother at the Academy Awards was as we know one of the best underdog comebacks of all time.

  • Check on freegamemovieblogspotcom to download the wrestler movie.

  • brilliant songwriting ........leave it to "bruce"......amazing,amazing talent

  • Year!

    He came back!

    この映画は不器用なプロレスラーが奮闘する感動作です。

    レスラーの絆も良かった!

    この歌もめちゃめちゃ合ってる。

  • Mickey Rouke's comeback movie!

  • i only like a couple of springsteens songs. but he had some classics.

  • Frankly I can't stand Bruce Springsteen but this is a brilliant fucking song...so kudos to him.

  • GREAT

  • THE RAM is my rolemodel and my heroe!!!!!!

  • the boss

    just two words THE BOSS

  • Deep

  • This song is pretty much the story of my life

  • thumbs up if you think about shawn michaels while watching this

  • @Tacoflavoredkisses25

I actually think about when I was younger watching WWF, and WCW in the 90's back when I was a really big wrestling fan.Even thou I don't watch wrestling anymore I still respect those guys to this day especially Shawn Michaels, he was my favorite wrestler when I was a kid.

  • @W4RLoL87 AGREED shawn was my hero growing up hbk for life!!!

  • I love this song, i love this movie, i love wrestling

  • loved this movie and sadly i cant recognize him nowww...and i didint know that was him in iron man 2 tralier..its sad wat age n surgerys or w.e. does to a person

  • @ExplictLyrics16 all he did was dye his hair bro

  • sometimes punches in our lives hurts more than the real punches in the face....

  • thumbs up it the Blue Meanie sent you hear ; )

  • Best movie I've seen in years. Great song by the boss too.

  • Mickey Rourke. is one of the best actors of our time, and also one of the coolest. A Long with the boss, how could it fail. A great great movie cuts in your soul.

  • "The only place I get hurt is out there" best line of the film really gets to me

  • love this song, biographical i guess

  • 42 people have tricked themselves into believing that they don't have less than they had before.

  • Calm down fellas, here's the real spoiler: The movie fades out and it is up to you to decide if you think he dies or not. I think the point of the fade out isn't if he lives or not but that it doesn't matter, live or die he doesn't care. Wrestling is all he knows and he's gonna give everything he has including his life if it comes to it just to make the few people watching happy, because he realises he'll never be.

  • @Phr4nk00

    Well said.

  • @zantium2999, nope....a months later and you come back with "fuck your mother" jokes?.....................ugh......nah, im right, your wrong, to bad deal with it.....

  • Randy "The Ram" 4-Life

  • I don't think Bruce Springsteen is the Boss.. Bruce Springsteen must be God!

  • ...ya gotta love him' glad ur American bruuuuuce! Prayer out to > Clarence! Please God...giv'em a Sax...jus let'em play!

  • My life is like the guy's life in the movie "THE WRESTLER" that is why this is one of my favorite song's and my favorite movie

  • Excellent movie but I can't understand what people see in Springsteen.

  • @oldbump

    of course you cant.

  • @oldbump You don't get it do you. Bruce Springsteen is one of the greatest artist of the last century.

  • Oscar worthy movie, actor, and song ...no question.

  • How Rourke didn't win for best actor is beyond words. After that injustice I refuse to watch the Oscars anymore. Complete joke.

  • @sTyLnK injustice is damn right couldn't have said it better myself...

  • @sTyLnK Dude he was nominated, no doubt he was amazing but be glad he was even nominated, besides you can't discredit Sean Penn in Milk like that, he too gave a breath-taking performance.

  • @TheBigAL76 I never said anything bad about Sean Penn. I stated it was a joke Rourke never won and nothing more. Penn is a good actor, but I watched Milk and Rourke's performances was so much better. It was just one of those performances that was so raw with emotion and really a performance for the ages.

  • @sTyLnK i totally agree it's the same thing with the damn mtv movie awards they nominate the stupidest movies like twilight they win every fucking year Best actor: dude frm twilight, best picture:twilight: Best female performance: chick frm twilight: best movie twilight....the mtv movie awards suck

  • gracias Bruce.....

  • Thinking about wintertime ... walking along the seaside ...

    That's all for me, now.

  • One of my all time favorite movies.

I Actualy believed at some points in the movie that Mickey was an Actual wrestler.

he had the build for it, hell i would've loved it if they had him do a little interview bit for this movie..

  • remarkable songwriting, amazing talent... bruce !

  • How I feel today...

  • amazing movie, prodigious singer, astonishing actor. bravo

  • R.I.P. Macho.

  • I'll ignore the comments battlefield and enjoy the song... :)

    RR

  • I loved the movie it was absolutely amazing. and I love this song too. makes me cry every time.

  • to bad Bruce Springsteen is far left wing nut job, other then that this song is amazing :)

  • thumbs up for BIS

  • @bluejayskater what does it mean BIS?

  • @veselka9 Bohemia Interactive Studio. They are making the game ArmA 3. They lead us to this video

  • @bluejayskater ..ok, i don't know, what i wrote there. I was searching, but i discovered nothing.. Now I look to your Arma 3 link..thx bye

  • BIS... how could you?

  • dude needs to learn to not use the same effect twice in a row

  • thumbs up if you hate ads on youtube videos, spread the word - The People vs Youtube

  • How did this song not win an Oscar ?

  • @thesadtruthliveson Thats because Oscars of today are rigged as hell . The explanation many oscar officials gave was, since it features on springsteen's personal album it cannot be labeled as an OST....how stupid do they think we are..the song was created for the movie , so what if it is included in Bruce's personal album too...I think the Golden Globes are still fair and honest and hope that they remain like that.

  • @DirtyRobot3 lol agree brother, the song is genius and the movie is great too

  • 40 people need a Ram Jam

  • masterpiece

  • I have a large friend who never really fit into society. He'd work out all the time, and when he couldn't, he played video games. Believe it or not, he worked in a deli as well, and when he cut his thumb on a slicer (still not joking), I often wondered if he did it just to get out of that situation. Sometimes I wish he'd become a wrestler instead of going to prison. I know he could have done it.

  • @KnightOneDark

WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKIN ABOUT???!!!

  • @niloh96 Oh, just lamenting the predicament of an old friend. I thought that was rather clear.

  • excellent song and film

  • sad how the movie shows hes a fuck and only way to live is to die alot of us are that way me included the movie just makes me want to right to the ppl in my life i know ill get there someday soon

  • The Bruce...Win!

  • :( triste

  • Great song! Great movie!

  • I use to be a wwf fan, you know in the mid 90's when I was about 12 or something, and remember seeing the documentary "Beyond the Mat" in 1999 I think, and this movie reminded of the story of "Jake the snake Roberts"...any1 has the same feeling?? Damn, Wrestling has changed ALOT..Now 25 years old and a theatre student in Stella Adler in NY, I do wanna go back to my 90's roots :( I miss it..I guess the older you get the more u miss the past :)

    Queens, NY

  • Respect for all the wrestlers, who use their own lives to entertain people.

  • What an amazing film, highlights loneliness. Such a great actor.

  • When you hurt, you are testifying that indeed you have a heart. Sacrificing the love of your daughter will haunt a father the rest of their lives. I though I was a good Dad, providing everything I though she needed. I gave her everything, except my total attention. My loss. I felt like I was saying Rourke's lines in the movie.

    Young father's learn the lesson...

  • @zigzag0000 I feel for you bro, got a young daughter myself & offer her the world, will take your tip & make sure i pay 100% attention to her, hope it all works out in the end!

  • Great song for this movie......

  • Every time I listen to this song I can't help but sit in silence and try and take it in.

Amazingly simple but infinitely powerful song from The Boss.

  • Damnit I just bought it and have not seen it yet!

  • @zantium2999 lol my man knowing the ending of this movie can in no way ruin it for ya, make sure you watch the beginning and the middle...the whole damn thing

  • @zantium2999 Shut up, knowing the ending doesn't ruin the film.

  • @perleatsworld who asked your opinion fagg**t? Your just like the pathetic little person I just spoke about.. Nothing to do in your life. So, you run around bitching about other peoples comments. Get a life faggo.

  • @zantium2999 lol projection much?

  • @perleatsworld ALSO, it looks like so far 43 other people think I'm right .

  • @zantium2999 and 1,821 likes :o)

  • @zantium2999 wow 43 whole people...good for you. Your about halfway to my 73. anyways go fuck yourself and have a nice day

  • @zantium2999 your the asshole for never even watching the movie

  • @MidNightT0k3r actually I did, you moron. You would have known that if you asked. Instead you jumped in on a conversation you weren't in. LOL, go about your little pathetic life. Picking on peoples YouTube posts. You little, little, pathetic person.

  • @zantium2999 uh, i dont get it? i just read your comment again and you basicly said someone posted the ending, you watched or read it, and it spoiled it for you? well douchebag maybe you should have just watched the movie, than nothing could have been SPOILED for you, than why would you read or watch the ending of the movie if you havent seen it? sooooo technically you spoiled the ending for your self.....you little, little unoriginal tool...

  • @MidNightT0k3r actualy your wrong. What was said before you jumped in like a gangbang with your mother was....Stevious26 had commented about how the star dies in the end. why would you tell everyone that at the end of the movie someone dies? I hadn't watched it yet, but now knew that at the end of the movie the star dies. why would I spend hours watching a movie that I know how it ends? Anyways why don't you get off the comp, and back on your mom. ttyl

  • @zantium2999 Dumbledore dies at the end of this movie. He gets Ram Jammed.

  • @stevious26 You fucking peice of shit. You gave away the end of the movie. The whole movie I new he was gonna "jump" Your a good for nothing, peice of shit. It's what should be expected from a chld of YOUR mother. obviously she was a no good fuck, if she raised someone so self centred.

  • @zantium2999 Dude the movie came out 3 years ago. If you havn't seen it yet were you ever even going to?

  • Sad movie. I've known so many guys like Randy the Ram, they struggle and claw and get to the top, and once there they think that life's a party and the party'll never end. But then the party ends and they look around and they find they have nothing else and it's too late to start over. Sad story

  • @FerretJohn I've got an ex-husband like that. Only he wasn't a wrestler...he was a lead guitar player. He's still trying to make it but he's an old dog now, and I don't think it's ever gonna happen for him. But I wish him the best. After all everbody has their dreams...

  • You know what's amazing about this movie? There are no heroes or villains. No enemies or agendas. No geniuses, or "lucky idiots with a heart of gold." It's painfully average fucking people struggling against LIFE. I can't get over how realistically DECENT every character is.....without making them seem fake. Even the steroid dealer just seems like some regular dude trying to survive the only way he knows how. These characters----THEY'RE US.

  • @allyourmoney Wow. You know, I think unconsciously I knew that...but actually reading what you wrote really drives the point home. This is the most realistic movie I've seen in quite a while

  • Painfully reminder that we often loose sight of what is truly important. I too lost the love of my daughter. That is a pain one never recovers from...

  • this song was just wrote for this movie

  • anyone know how old the ram is supossed to be in this movie

  • sad song

  • This movie made me also think of my father. As a kid he was great but since age 12 he's been a drug addicted loser. Sad that mickey's charachter in this film is a much better role model then him. Oh well, my own daughter will never go through what mickey's did in the film.

  • Brilliant song, cant wait to watch the film tonight

  • Amazing performances and a very touching movie...

  • This morning I got up and I was thinking about my dad and the times I had with him.

And how when I was in the moments with him but not just him, my life the way it was before. How when you in the moment it didn't feel special. Now that I Look back on those precious times...... We will never get them back. If we tried it wouldn't be the same.

  • Nice that you cut the opening, it's annoying always having to fast forward through it till the song starts! There are times I like listening to the intro' part though.

  • Randy the Ram and the Boss back in business!!!

  • Bruce Springsteen The last of the truely great troopadores

just too add truely emotional Movie

  • Bruce Springsteen The last of the truely great troopadores

  • chokes me up

  • awesome ! just great ! never gets OLD , his music is GOLD !

  • THE BOSS!

  • Bruceas I am interested in what you mean. What do you think the point is?

  • ritter89 you know jack, jewish my left nut ,irish italian, there goes the crdibility of your whole post

  • I'm 15, and the second I heard this song I fell in love with Bruce's music. He's an amazing artist, and I wish that this type of music was popular in teens. It's amazing, deep, poetic, and overall beautiful.

  • @missjimena95 Dude, I agree with you completely! I'm 16 and I cannot get enough of him, or his music. It really mean a lot if my friends appreciated him as much as I do. His music is just.. Too Amazing to describe.

  • One of my all-time favorite movies.

  • The depth of this song is overwhelming. I'm glad to see that Bruce still has it.

  • bello y magnifico!!!!!!!

  • Saw the movie today, watched with an open mind, never been interested in wrestling, but this movie was more than that, easily slots itself into one of the top ten I've ever seen.

  • Decent tune for a fantastic film but Bruce has reached an almost comedic level with his Dylan impression and song writing style. He's was a Jewish kid from the East but now he sounds like a Southern tobacco farmer (yeah, yeah, i know that bob has a similar MO but at least he was original about it). Also, Springsteen's lyrics are always so damn literal, the exact opposite of Dylan. It's like listening to a guy who can't write anything but cliches and really bad metaphors

  • @ritter89

Bruce isn't Jewish. He's Irish-Italian, or something, I think. Brought up a Catholic. Also, he's great and, while I respect your opinion, it SUCKS.

  • @ritter89 Jewish? Bruce Springsteen is Italian/Irish/Dutch. You don't have a clue as to what you are talking about. Man is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He also has 20 Grammy Awards and an Oscar among many other awards to boot. Bruce has more Grammy Awards then Bob Dylan and Michael Jackson combined to give you an idea of his accomplishments. As far as you putting down his songwriting ability...Bruce is in the Song Writers Hall Of Fame.

  • Ialwaysbelieve die like a hero like the wayhe did in the movie

Tribute to all athletes and brave people who died on the job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Around the world in 80 Gervais...

  • needs more cowbell

  • the best!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Música muito bela. Chegamos até a vero sentimento brotar desua voz.

  • la classe

    le film

    la musique!!

  • while i like this song i thought the movie was pretty bad. the only good aspects were the soundtrack, the acting and some of the conversations.

  • I can't wait to go see Bruce Springsteeen in July. I love him <3

  • If you have any compassion this movie is for you, if you feel and have lived some life then this movie is for you. If you have ever been a friend then you need to see this movie, and if you ever havent been a friend then you need to watch it twice. It might get you into heaven if you understand the point !!!

  • head like a fucking orange

  • whoever dislikes this deserves to be shot..

  • Perfect!

  • one of the best amazing films

  • one of the most amazing films

  • this song and the movie, speaks to me in volumes...it really captures the true essence of how to cope thru life's adversities and how we all, some more than others, feel so devastatingly alone.

  • bruce springsteen is a genius

  • Bruce you are great. The pure soul of america.

  • i just watched it for the first time, actually amazing, the end was cool and sad 'bring it home ram'

  • I can never listen to this song without breaking down and all out bawling...the words are beautiful and perfectly describe the wonderful character Mickey played so flawlessly and effortlessly....Kudos to Mr. Rourke!!! WONDERFUL and underrated actor.......wonderful film, it always gives me "warm fuzzies." Even though it was a sad story in so many ways...

  • Amazing song!

  • most definitly would be a perfect first song for a wedding :)

  • This has to be one of my favorite movies! He is such an amazing actor. This guy could of been bigger then brad pitt if he didn't have that horrible plastic surgery.

  • great song and great movie

  • How I wish that His heart hasn´t stopped...And he could get redemption....but that´s life...and Rand Ram wrestle until last second of his life.....

  • Magnificent song, and a testimony to Bruce's character - he wrote it for his friend Mickey Rourke, and gave it away as a gift with no fee.

  • awsome song and movie

  • What an oddly deep film. Odd because the main character is so uncomfortable and shallow/hollow in the "real world." And so connected to his pain, that he must find ways to feel in in every singl way. He tried to find his way out of the pain, and in the end just couldn't do that. Wow...I have to say it is among my top ten as well. Really amazing.

  • I've got one thing to say to the Academy: Go screw yourselves.

  • @FanzReviews exactly!

  • how i never heard of this i dont know but it looks like a powerful film just from what ive read here i must make a point of watchin it. Love the song

  • didn't like Pi or Requiem for a Dream. The Fountain was o.k.

but The Wrestler was one of the best movies i've ever seen. it's on my top 10 list.

and springsteen's song was the perfect tune for the film.

    fantastic.

  • @jollypiratenickname I didn't enjoy Pi, either. Sometimes, Aronofsky gets too wrapped up into trying to make art house type films and therefore forfeits the cohesion of the story/script. He also has a tendency to get bogged down w/ camera work b/c he's supposedly a big foreign film buff. That said, I love Requiem and The Wrestler (his most commercial and accessible films, imo). The Fountain was a pretentious flop. Spent too much effort trying to make 'art' rather than a movie

  • @stevious26 you pretty much took the words outa my mouth there mate, lol

  • Fantastic! Mickey Rourke is the best!

  • Volgens mij kijkt Mill nu dit nummer =D

  • Fuckin awesome film and song to boot.

  • My favorite movie, my favorite song!

  • I've seen a man with no hands and no legs playing the harmonica. It's hard to stay calm when you see it. As hard it was for me when I saw Ram on TV screen.

  • is this at asbury park where he walks with his daughter ?

  • what a great song for a greater movie and the greatest acting.....

  • Best movie i've seen come out in the last 10 years. no doubt

  • I wonder Why the f*ck they didn't nominated this song for the Oscars

  • who cares? the bombermaniac won for best picture such a provocateur film deserves such prices..

  • I don't wish to be soppy or anything :P but I hope didn't die in the end. He was alright, I know he screwed up with his daughter a bit. I wish he made it and made up with his daughter again. Of course the ending has to leave you thinking what if, damn I hate that :P
