I like the idea of doing that with a double blaze.
I'd recommend the following though. Rear diff locked...softer compound tyres... 2 x crawler motors (55turns are cheap...more torque and more control) Some oil filled dampers would be good aswell...really soft ones
hello hardcoretam thanks for your help, rear and front diff is locked and i put hpi rush shocks on the front and back with a little help from cutting up some platic lol and i cut down the chassis so the centre tyres would meet the centre of the wheel arches and to shorten the wheel base on the width i used tl01 drive shafts and suspension arms fitted perfect, 55turn motor ive seen on the net in the uk for about 25 pounds so me will have to save for them lol, thanks smudgybear
Ahh that's more extensive than i thought it would be! I like that idea of doing that with a double blaze. Cheaper alternative to a tamiya 3 speed one. But saying that, if i done that with my blaze i'd always been drooling over crawlers with the solid axels lol.
I own a blaze aswell, but i'm going for extreme amounts of power in it. Titan 550 motors @ 16.8volts...full alloy chassis aswell as some other stuff. The blaze chassis has a lot of potential whatever type of rcing you want to get into
Tamiya all the way .........
