Most of the techniques used here would never work in MMA. As soon as you add grappling, it changes the entire dynamic of the fight.

Although the current crop of UFC fighters have poor Thai Boxing skills (generally speaking), none of the best MT fighters would last a minute in the UFC if grappling is allowed.

Also, why post a video with such poor English? Have an American make the commentary.

And let's see the whole fight. Anyone can look good by playing the highlights over and over again.
