netti pot is reallly overkill. i would swear my soul on saline nasal spray. takes the infections and coughs (post nasal drip from sinus is what makes you cough) and sour thhroats right away in 2 days tops. saved my life for real

This was so funny! But honestly, try it, when you have got a bad cold, you will wonder how much it helps. No hurting and less swollen nose ... but take care about the salt concentration: To less, it's not working, to much ... it will burn :-)))
