  • As a drill team we don't normally get into high kick. It's more military combinations instead. Kick lines keep your butt thin! ha ha.

  • wow nice kicks! :) your bicycling a little and u slightly bend at the waist when you do high kicks but other than that our really good!

  • @TheTaytayJJ Thanks. I had just finished a track meet and I was the President of the drill team, and I had to get this kick line routine together for tryouts. It hurt soooo bad to do this. But it was fun.

  • in my high school routines we have to have AT LEAST 50 kicks and last year we had about 80!!! everyday at practice we start out doing 200 kicks!

  • Thanks jeffhardyluvr45's for your comment. I accidentally hit the wrong button on this laptop...  But yeah, hamstring pulls are a pain. Nothing like sitting on ice packs for a week afterwards....

  • Be sure and strecth out before you begin. She pulled her back ham strings doing hurdles in track and then had to do this. 100 is a good count. I like watching the ESPN kickline teams perform. They have to have at least 50 kicks per rountine I believe. Kickline can be very tough.
