Many police officers are felons. They may not be convicted of felonies, but many are guilty. If a police officer puts any incorrect information on an arrest report, ANY, they are guilty of a felony. Think how often this happens. If an officer is nice to you and reports he clocked you at 69 mph instead of the truth, that he actually clocked you at 75 mph, felony. They get away with this all the time, including when it is abusive and filing false charges, such as this officer inferred he could do.

I actually think that copper was very patient and actually very polite, far more than needed, i think you might find the warrent card wasnt needed, as he was wearing a uniform of an officer of the law.

they should drop the holding of people for 6 hours down to 2 hours cos to many police officers are using this 6 hour lie in as intimidation just to mess with you cos they let their personal feelings cloud their judgement,it would probarly save the public money aswell stopping these over zelous police officers abusing the breach of the law(which seems to be their favorite)the ipcc should look into how many people arrested under the breach of the peace law are released without charge after 6 hours

Good on u m8. Followed the common law aspwct of things for a few years. rob menard etc really went deep into things but found myself in a rutt. Now i study nutrition and am considering getting a fancy university sticker with all that debt. Best thing us folk can do is not populate and burden ourselves with child(ren) . It is a shame all this information has not caught on enough. I really thought people would wake up after the recession. Guess were all doomed! I hope not tho : )

Nice video 61shirley. One thing I would say is when you was dealing with the policeman (or should I say the man who claimed he was a policeman) you should have put the responsibility on hime to prove you are obliged to do things like give him your name rather than tell him you're not obliged. Everybody who makes a claim about somthing has the responsibility of providing the evidence to claim it's a fact; otherwise it's only a opinion.
