hi there, there are 4 of us that wona go to this gym, do you have to go there with a huge group or is it just open for any1 to come in? could you please reply to this including price and time details, also do you have to get coached or can u just play by yourselves?
flips aren't parkour, but im not saying thats a bad thing. i juts started flips, so its weird. i dont have a gym so im teaching myself using (hah) a matress. id like to see a parkour video, im gonna check now if u have one on your site. a big final video of your best tricks indoors AND out would be great :)
Do many people still train there?

@amosfour its open every tuesday and thursday from 8:50-10:00 if your'e still intrested, and its £4.50.
