Monica- You are such an inspiration to me! I have enjoyed watching all of your videos. I have found Gratitude affects attitude. And wow... writing down something we are grateful for everyday only makes it better! Thanks for sharing!

Also, I have been looking for ways to incorporate recycled items into my paper craftering. The gratitude journal is an excellent way to be thankful alongside with the encouraging words you receive from the cards you are sent. So I will leave the text and signing part of the card so I can read it again.
