You need to take some lessons. You grip the sticks way too hard and you hold them incorrectly. You are going to develop carpal tunnel syndrome really quickly if you continue to play like that. The sticks bounce off the heads, don't hold them on the head. Basically, you need to take some lessons because you are going to develop some really bad habits that will be hard to unlearn.
