It's sad that people like Kabukishuffle write in as they do, since it implies that Gordon is unable to judge what bands are good. It's also not very admirable to praise one band at the expense of another. Robert likes to work with Red Hot because they are good, simple as that. Same with DiMaggio, same with Spedding band.

Red Hot is not his new backing band; Robert just uses several bands. For the October tour, he will be using the great Marco DiMaggio band.

As for the comments here about Spedding, regardless of whether you like someone's playing or not, at least have the decency to discuss a musical giant like him with RESPECT. Thank you.

It´s a pity you couldnt hear him performin´ with the fabulous REDHOT ; his new backin´ band.

I saw Red Hot with Robert in London recently and they were very poor. No balls at all. Spedding out of tune? Are you fucking crazy? Use your ears on the clip you posted. Robert & Chris are still the perfect duo.
