@ScreamooBoyy Yes it was! I saw that episode, too. I think they found that it was an optical illusion, that the hill was actually going downhill. I grew up in Maryland and we had a a road that had a small dip, and if you put your car in neutral, it would "float" (for lack of a better term, it's too early in the morning :P ) backwards. It was fun when we had out of town visitors we'd take them on the road and it never got old watching them freak!

There's one of these optical illusion-type roads going through the Comeragh Mountain's in Ireland. We call it the Magic Hill, and there's a "fairy tree" along side this road too. So I always thought it was fairies magic pushing the cars uphill (that's what my mum told me when I was a kid anyway) hahah. xD

There's a place like that in Poland, about 30 kilometers from where I live. It's a hill with a pumped-storage hydroelectric power plant on top of it and the anomaly is believed to be the result of the water being pumped on the inside of the hill upwards to the top. About 2/3 up the road to the top there's a place where objects roll upwards, despite the upgoing slope and I heard of some people pushing their cars DOWNHILL with the cars in the neutral :)

If you are going downhill and the road evens out then your eyes can trick you into believing that it is an uphill instead of a differently angled downhill. The road is slightly downward angled but the terrain makes you believe it is an uphill.

yes, i always passed by that magnetic hill... its not really magnetic..well, it looks as if it is uphill but it's not, i used the leveling instrument to know if its really uphill. Its around 15 degrees inclined.
