no, this camera can't record any sound while high-speed movie mode.
if high-speed mode is not selected, you can record movie and sound.

Did you switch from 30fps to 210fps in the camera while recording, or with video editor later?

switched while recording the movie.
Either it means that it was shot at 210 frames per second displayed at 30 frames per second, or
it means that part of the clip was shot at 30 frames per second and part of it at 210 fps.
When the clip transitions shows a section shot at 210 fps, it starts to look slow motion.

it's one of the high-speed rec mode.
in this mode, user can change 30fps or 210fps while recording a movie.
So I could be recording in 30, then at a key moment change to 210?

if "30-210fps" is selected, you can switch 30fps to 210fps or 210 to 30 by set button while recording a movie.
note: my ex-fh20 is JAPAN model.
i'm note sure that out side japan model have same function or not.
but i guess the casio sells same spec for world wide.
