Yeaaaaa, like I said, it's gotta be the tire combo. You have the TRD 22s right? My other buddies with RC Tundras (Vids in my profile) , their trucks do the same thing....
You can manually lock the rear end by briefly putting the truck in reverse and backing up about 5 feet. This will lock the gears. Then, put the truck in "D", and instead of babying it off the line, punch it. The sudden jolt of power will engage both wheels thus giving you the "locked" rear end.. :)
