'nice boat n1gg@'! anyways it sounded like you were playing some weird verson of "what do I have to do" by "Stabbing Westward". If so you should have let it ring out man. its a great tune
Hye dude are you having any heat problems? Cuz i haves the same settings and im running kind of hot, one thing is that im using the stock water jacket that brings with the sv27
@CrazyHeliDude are u serious over 60mph...I have one of those and at around 35 mph it would blow over. and id go swimming..did u add a lot of weight to it..?Power is one thing and i have read in rc threads 4 or so years ago just by changing to a $60 ammo motor 2- 2 cell lipo 2500 ..they a few guys were getting around 46-48 on a perfect calm day..but these boats all used to blow over..whats your secret? thanks..ps only accurate why to get speed is gps on boat or radar gun..thanks
@roadstar499 - The 5 cell LiPo is 600 grams and was mounted in the bow of the boat to help keep it down. Even though the water was glass calm on the days I officially tested its speed, it couldn't be sustained for more than a few seconds without the boat wanting to flip. Remember that the motor is a 7XL 2400kv motor being run by a 5 cell (18.5 volts). That's 44,000 RPMs. And with a 48mm prop installed, which is why the motor didn't last more than 10 runs.
That rc boat needs a LOT more room than 340 feet! The woman on the video (relation unknown to you) obviously hasn't seen you fly your helis that fast has she? This boat is really fast, but nothing can beat an aircraft!
@4mods - Thanks for the comment! Figured I needed something to do when I wasn't flying helis and, well, I had a lake right outside my front door. Lol, just seemed like the thing to do. This will be my only boat though. Just not quite like flyin.
You don't need to slow the boat in corners! JUST GIVE ER!
