There may have been a crosswind, but that wasn't the problem. The pilots were coming in too fast. This is evident by the low angle of the nose (pitch) of the aircraft as it was approaching the runway. Had he proceeded with the approach he would have almost touched down with its nose gear first!

that happenned at ontario international that of ontario california, no that other ontario.the problem here is that the pilot hit an air pocket(when tere's no air )that's why suddenly the airplane nosedive for a second and went out of control when they gained contro the airplane was already sideways which means inminent disaster but the pilot had good reflexes a ricovered control just on right nick of time.
