"Scottish Bransle" is the name by which this medieval tune is generally known; I doubt there really is any connection whatsoever to Scotland. A bransle is a French dance, so the tune is most likely from France.

This sounds more Breton than Scottish. In fact, there are plenty of contemporary Breton tunes that still sound like this.
