dunno how but US always chokes and the runner-up wins;they lost in the same manner to both China and Romania.

never liked the american team too much but i kinda feel bad for them .

if it were up to me i'd medal them all with gold for their years of effort but that'd erase the purpose of competing :)

my romanians will always be my favourite but if they dont win in 2012 i'd love Russia to do so,just because they are what they are

Not at all, if you work towards it. I'm not saying I'm a good gymnast, probably a little less than average. All I do when I don't have time to go practise is stretch on the morning and night, as I noticed a few ears ago that if I don't go to practise and don't stretch, I lose flexibility.

Though that hardest for me are Uneven bars and vault, just can't do.

Even though my favourite team is Romania.... here in the USA they have already predicted that USA OR CHINA will win the Gold NOT Romania or Russia. NBC who is covering the Olympics is not even giving Romania or Russia any tv covergae. US team does not suck because according to everyone here they have already "won" the Gold (ha ha). What sucks is that tv station here only showing the Chinese and US team in action. THAT SUCKS!!!

ok i have a question....how does a gymnast make the AA at the olympics? do they have to compete on all 4 apparatus in the team finals to make it to the All Around? and only 2 per country right?

There is a qualifying round prior to the team event which forms as qualification for team, all-around and event finals. Those that wish to compete aa work 4 pieces and the top 24 compete (only 2 per country). Hope that helps.
