Bad Cops List will allow everyone everywhere to know who to sue for damages, which Bad Cops to bring criminal charges against, which Bad Cops that certain groups may want to go to their homes and "Discuss" the issue with. When you are a very large man and are clearly trying to resist arrest of course many officers will be used to ensure the safety of everyone. If there are more police to handle the situation then cops are in control and will be able to arrest someone without putting him in harms way.

You don't know anything that happened prior to the video recording. At 3:06 the radio transmission states that there was "another call for a 13"... NYPD radio code 10-13 is an officer down. That would require an entire precinct to respond to a call, especially for crowd control. If this is proper procedure for the NYPD then by all means good job.

Problem with your argument "Ofc Paintball" is that when the video starts, the subject is already in a rear clinch. The rear clinch gives the ofc control over the subject no matter how big or small. The 2nd ofc should have maneuvered to a side clinch and together, they should have taken him to his stomach. The female should have then put a knee in his back and pinned his shoulder. The 2nd ofc should be able to cuff him at this point. If not, they shouldn't be fuck'in cops.

Problem with your argument "Ofc Paintball" is that when the video starts, the subject is already in a rear clinch. The rear clinch gives the ofc control over the subject no matter how big or small. The 2nd ofc should have maneuvered to a side clinch and together, they should have taken him to his stomach. The female should have then put a knee in his back and pinned his shoulder. The 2nd ofc should be able to cuff him at this point. If not, they shouldn't be fuck'in cops.
