@TStyle123 Nope. I just bought the PMDG 747 recently and it is phenomenal. I'm looking forward to the 737NGX and 777 and hope they have a 787 planned for the future.

@coolcosmic I know :D Did you see the first flight? I was amazed at how much the wings flexed, and they looked much like they do on the Abacus one. Now they need wing flex, touch up the nose and tail and the interior, and the plane's perfect.

This plane is amazing at long distance flying, it is a pro at saving up fuel. You can probably go all the way around the world with this plane, with ease. I love it's handling, speeds, and many other amazing and interesting (in a good way) features of this beautiful FSX aircraft. *applause to Abacus for the amazing creation.

When I first saw this product, I thought it was a joke. What really irks me is the VC. Absolutely disgusting. They didn't even bother to make their own panels, so the used the default 737's. Wow.

This was made when nothing was really known about the 787. The plane looks a lot like the original Boeing prototypes and pictures. They did a great job on the plane. And I've heard from an Abacus employee that they're planning on releasing a major update when the final 787 is released to bring the plane up-to-date.

There's no payware models, but there's a great freeware one on AVSim. Search for "boeing 747-8" under "FS2004, Original Aircraft." It works in FSX, and is you just search under FS2004,, you can find a lot of repaints.

Believe it or not, they WERE curved like that when Abacus made this plane. Then Boeing changed it. Abacus might release an update for stuff like that when the final version of the 787 is shown.

You can't download this off of simviation. You probably downloaded the camsim freeware 787. It doesn't have a virtual cockpit.

I have that enabled. In one of my videos you can clearly see the wing flex on a 747. The wings on the 787 are kind of pre-flexed, as you can see in the video.

To open them press Shift+E, release the keys, then quickly press 1,2,3(in that order.) If the stairs and stuff don't come, then go into the 2-d Panel view(F10 is the shortcut), open the overhead panel, and press the button that says "stairs."

If you mean why was the frame rate slow, then it's because of what I use to record. I use the free version of Fraps, which slows the game you're recording down a lot. Whenever I'm not recording, I get about 15 frames per second, which is my target.
