  • 13. after u go to computer , there shoul be a menu called " devices with removable storage "

    14. right click " RCTPlatinum" and press " install or run program from ur media"

    15 . after installation ( do it however u want ) download winrar from here "

    win-rar(dot)com/download.html " and install it

    16. right click RCTPlatinum in Computer and click open

    17. go into NoCD Patch and extract whats inside using winrar, right click > extract files... > desktop
