  • MY FOX!!!! damn he looks great

  • Indeed he does :3

  • Uhh...whats with the giant ass fox?

  • Nate is one of a few giant inflatable animals appearing in my videos to make them different. My wolf, Fenris, can be seen in several of my older videos!

  • @SpeakerPolice What does he do?

  • He mostly just sits and enjoys the trains. x3

  • @SpeakerPolice Hahaha, works for me. Is he an EMD fan? lol

  • Like me, he prefers things with two-stroke engines. x3

  • @SpeakerPolice Right on!!

  • Yes, all of my inflatable friends prefer the EMD product. ^^

  • @SpeakerPolice For sure! I do for sure!

  • I seriously thought Nate was going to run on the tracks! D=

  • He's safe ^^ I did a few wind tests to make sure I put him in a spot where he wouldn't blow away!

  • Nice catch. Its odd it has the box on the cab window. Thats normally on canadian units. NS GP38's norally dont have those. I still hear alot of P3's on the old beasts

  • I never noticed that window box until you pointed it out. Maybe it is an ex-CN or CP unit?

  • EDIT: Never mind, she's ex-Southern, as most things on the NS today are. x3

  • @SpeakerPolice GP38AC trailing is listed as Retired. Maybe moving it to different shops for rebuilds.I dont know about the CN or CP Thing. I ran its serial number. Connects to an old Southern. No CP or CN

  • Yes, she is ex-Southern 2873W. Where did you see her listed as retired? Because she most certainly is not if I just saw her out on the main yesterday! x3

  • @SpeakerPolice Company Roster. I have it in a PDF. Gotta Friend whos a NS Rail Cop. It says retired. As i stated might be a shop transfer

  • What exactly do you mean by 'shop transfer'? Would this mean the unit is to be taken out of service soon, or...?

  • @SpeakerPolice Like i remember one of the SD9's from NS. After it was retired, they did some work on it at a small NS Shop somewhere down South. After small work the retired unit was sent to the larger shops in Roanoke,Virginia

  • With an eventual goal of being returned to service, or sent elsewhere?

  • @SpeakerPolice The SD9 was fixed up and sold to the Winchester & Western Railway which i film. THe GP38AC will most likely be rebuilt into a GP38-2 or GP40-2

  • I gotcha. I wonder if I was one of the last people to see her unmodified? Recent photos show her sublettered for the CNOTP, but when I saw her, she was sublettered NS.

  • @SpeakerPolice That means its getting rebuilt. Ever seen a GSF Highhoods for NS?

  • GSF?

  • @SpeakerPolice Not sure what it stands for but theres maybe about 2-3 Highhoods that have its Sublettering. I saw one as a yard switcher at a yard near me.

  • CNOTP stands for Cincinnati, New Orleans and Texas Pacific, which is a line under NS ownership.

  • Good to see you back! I've got to have my Train fix. :P

  • Haha, thanks! That means a lot, that you come to me for your 'fix'. x3

Don't worry, there will be more when I visit Folkston next week! :D
