How To Easily Thread An Antenna

i have a qwestion my antena dosent seem to be working what do you suggest

i do and do you thing im plugging it wrong

what i do is i solder a solder wire to the antenna and

after tht the wire goes through the tube really easily

then you solder it off

im pretty sure it has no harm to the reciever

Ive heard if you put talcom powder on it it does the same thing?

yes. i use baby powder. Oil attracts dust/dirt.

wow i wish i thought of that.. the first time i spent an hour forcing it through the tube. the second time i used thread and tied the wire then blew the thread through the tube then easily pulled it through - a greasy wire. :)
