I went to the X-cell center in Dusseldorf germany and they did this and I saw bright colors for a few days then nothing. It hurt like hell when they pu the needle in my back and it gave me an extreme migraine the next day. Waste of money but haven't tried cord blood though since I used my own bone marrow.

I had injections in my spine, and a severe allergic reaction (despite all the drugs to prevent it) when they injected iv dyes into my spinal cord, terrible the next two days. I woke up the next day unable to move either limbs! when I slowly regained control of my limbs,

@dmeiske1 pt 2 I had shooting pains to every corner of my body, from tips of fingers and everywhere else, hard to desribe, not to mention I could not breath for two days sick to my stomach, since the doctors are not so great with the more subtle anaphalaxis, they think benedryl is enough, but can make it worse!

Fascinating to see such treatment. It is unfortunate US is not funding this life saving and life comforting treatment to thos who need reflief from their daily hardship. I'm a quad, am watching this in earnist. However, I am concerned. This is cord stem cells. Were they from a close relative's recent birthed child? If not what about foreign DNA in his spine causing an immune rejection reaction? I do not want foreign DNA in my spine, so I support stem cell cloning from my own tissue. I hope it works for him though.

YO Lance, NICE video. I tell ya what, I can definately speak nothing but positive things about this treatment which was done in Shenyang China. It is an Umbillical cord stem cell transplant. Lance has a spinal cord injury, I have Multiple Sclerosis. CHEERS!
