The ending actually made me far more sad than happy.

There was a lot of hate for Zak (it is spelled Zak guys) but I liked him a lot, out of all of the characters he had some of the most profound character growth. From this careless, somewhat deceitful braggart, to a more careful, courageous and sympathetic person. I don't think any of the other characters grew as much as he did, though Crysta was a close second. hexus was in a gas like state becasue the leveler was on and the poisons/ gasoline exhaust fueled him, when it went off. he went straight for the oil itself which is why he was able to take this form, he fed off the oil itself not the fumes and exhaust.
Thumbs up if you thought this was so Democratic that Hilary Clinton would pop out of the flower pod at the end. Look, you guys, I think this movie is awesome, aside from the fact half these animals are from all sorts of different places on Earth that can't be anywhere near each other and that can't possibly co-exist in this kind of ecosystem, or that the process of photosynthesis occurs at like a thousand times its normal rate. Does anyone else remember two similar 80's Ferngully-esque animated movies known as Elm Chanted Forest and Warriors of the Wind? i did back then when i grew up, Warriors of the Wind was the 1985 New World Pictures crude edit of Nausicaa dub and was my fave animated movie for 25 years since i was 4 years old and there was Elm Chanted Forest that had that painter including that sexy fox with the french accent
No, the ending to Avatar is very much of a copy of Nausicaa of the Valley of the wind's ending which is the same fucking ending and Cameron is a fan of Ghibli/Miyazaki productions.

Does anyone else remember two similar 80's Ferngully-esque animated movies known as Elm Chanted Forest and Warriors of the Wind? i did back then when i grew up, Warriors of the Wind was the 1985 New World Pictures crude edit of Nausicaa dub and was my fave animated movie for 25 years since i was 4 years old and there was Elm Chanted Forest that had that painter including that sexy fox with the french accent

No, the ending to Avatar is very much of a copy of Nausicaa of the Valley of the wind's ending which is the same fucking ending and Cameron is a fan of Ghibli/Miyazaki productions.
