I am paralyzed as well, but this happened to me in a car accident when I was 7. I have grown up in homes that have needed modifications and just recently moved to my own apartment. Although they considered it adapted to wheelchairs because of the doors being wider, I could not get under sinks and the counters were very high. It seems there are always obstacles!
