i noticed this a while ago, after a trip across the country to california to disneyland....the characters walk around without a "handler", unlike in disney world....where there are ten handlers where five characters are located.....i heard that the handlers are trained in karate, but is that true?

When building Disneyland Walt had saplings planted for the specific reason that they would get bigger and more beautiful as the years go by.

Today they provide a lot of much-needed shade under the California sun, a natural backdrop to every land, as well as being a beautiful part of the landscape.

The only drawback IMO is that the size of the trees tend to break the force-perspective illusion sometimes.

ha in 1:37/1:38 you dont just see the park change but you also see the fashion style change :P look at there glasses, in the first one there round and clear but in the 2nd one there blackend out and cool xD
