loads of ppl complain about that when they read the quran for example, that it doesn't touch their hearts anymore...or when they pray they don't pray with humbleness...those issues are a sign for a decrase of your faith...
in order to avoid it one should start practicing in secret...meaning that you should not show your good action in front of other ppl...do it only for Allah
