@AndNowYouRot99 unfortunately my brother says they suck and a lot of people that lived during Sublimes day say they sucked, but fuck em. They just don't like the reggae vibe I guess. Most of the guys/girls that don't like Sublime are more into the heavy metal/ heavy prog rock of the 90's and 80's. I can't see how anyone would think Sublime sucks. They were basically the greatest because of how versatile and the different influences they used to incorporate their one sound.

It was a good reunion, the new singer was alright. He for sure is an artist, he can play guitar and sing. He wasn't great but not horrible.

yeah, well I think people do love sublime in Southern California just because they represented one aspect of our culture thats not the Beverly Hills or Hollywood thing you see in movies, but instead the LA/Orange County culture, and incorporated the hispanic aspect of California which was underrepresented. I think you'll find their music expressed in what you see around you when you go. its interesting how romanticized its become!to us it's a band that talks, sings and describes our life here.
