While I respect that you stepped up and play airsoft, 400 fps really doesn't hurt much, don't see why you need a shield. And 400fps doesn't leave bloody welts at distances more than 3 or 4 feet, so don't see why people make a big deal about it.
It's cool, but once you get that into Nerf like I once was, with all my insanely modded guns, you should start airsoft. It's more realistic, the pellets go far, they're accurate, and hurt more, well... they actually hurt. If you want to start airsoft, send me a message.
