let me help you out hard 8 times before you get disappointed. That computer you're getting will still not cut it for hd pvr. I'm running 8 gigs of ram and 2.5 ghz quad core right now and it still struggles sometimes. I'm almost certain that new pc is doomed to 4 hour render times and unwatchable in vegas
