  • tank no. 3 is hanging off!

  • That's the third brigade of the third infantry division returning from Iraq going back to fort Stewart thats my guess.

  • imagine if that shit got high jacked LOL

  • Transporting one of the last few things the US still produces.

  • @ 1:10 TFM

  • Northbound?

    LETS INVADE CANADA!!!!

  • @tjmick1992 FEMA will use them when they contain your asses like animals. Derp.

  • @X8802 No they will use the ones in the video i just uploaded. Check it out, it was recorded a few days ago. They had green camo, and they were light armored. Over 100 of them.

  • Does Chuck Norris own this train?

  • The rails are fucking crap ,seeing the way the loads are dancing.

  • @zzllen the rail has nothig to do with it. Has to do with the weight of the train and speed of the train. Called a harmonic rock....

  • Yea ill take 3 Hummers 2 Bradleys and ewww a side of those tasty truck things.

    (normal day at walmart)

  • County mounties... no this is America its just a new shipment of Ford heavy duty trucks this is what we all drive, hybrids are for pussies. Thought you canadians would know this by now.

  • Thats because Railroads are owned by the Government . its all Hush Hush , stay off the Property and dont look !!!!

  • Any bets on whether or not the videographer got phoned in to DHS or the county mounties, just for filming a military train?

  • they haul the ammo in containers like you see at 1:37 never in box cars unless it is bombs for planes or missles

  • how long train in america...I think that is over 300 meter long?

  • That's a lot of Bradley's.

  • How much does one abrams tank cost?

  • i cant even imagine how much that train had to weigh.

  • I SAID I WANTED ONE!! AHHHH

  • That is a train loaded with Freedom

  • @gullreefclub What your people have brought to the middle-east is all but freedom...

You bombed it to ruins, drained all the oil and left a huge pile of civilian bodies behind. I wouldnt call that freedom, or even justice.. I'd call that ''A crime against humanity''.

  • @gullreefclub - you GOT it baby!!!!!

  • @gullreefclub ,,,or tyranny

  • wonder how mad the gov would be if that derailed and like ammo were on the cars and exploded

  • @Mrinsanepain They don't carry ammo on those trains.

  • @ffjsb yeah but even just a derail would suck

  • @Mrinsanepain BTW, I just want to be clear that there would be no ammo on a train WITH the tanks. They do haul ammo by rail on occasion. Military cars have DODX reporting marks, but I assume they could be hauled in any suitable boxcar.

  • ther gos like 500,000,000,000.00$ in stuff lol

  • That's enough to win a small war

  • anybody elses eyes go weird because all of the vehicles were going past backwards

  • lol Want to know what the M1 Abrams is like? Imagine the shittiest car you have ever owned but with a 120mm cannon on it. I swear, those things break just sitting there. A yugo is more reliable than "the worlds best main battle tank" lol I had the "privilege" of being a crewman on those tanks for 3 tours in Iraq and now for some stupid reson I reclassed to be an Abrams mechanic. God, do I hate my life.

  • I saw one of these trains 'bout 5 years back, mile and a half long, with nothing but Abrams.

  • i love the army..........i love trains..............what do you think my response to this is?

great catch, you should film my hometown of cordele ga, we have a three mainline interchange, csx,ns,and hog/sam shortline. thanks!

  • That's freaking awesome haha

  • Funny that they would use a TFM (Mexican) car to ship these things.

  • i wonder if someone hijack this train hahahaha

  • Looks like a awesome modeling job in the making...

  • Comment removed

  • this is how you stop train hajickings

  • this train was headed to be unloaded everything is facing the rear of the train and that how they are loaded at my rail head

  • I did several rail-loads during my 13+ years & hated every single one of them. Driving a tank up onto a flat-car where you can't see where your tracks are is kinda neat .... but then having to tie all of those things down is a royal pain-in-the-a$@!

  • What with the locomotive in the siding.

  • Bradleys,Abrahms and Humvees! Oh My!

  • pftttt pocket change ;D

  • Looks like 3 Abrams tanks then about 20-30 Bradley IFVs..

  • I was stationed at Keesler Air Force Base near Biloxi MS back in early 1987 and I recall seeing a train of military equipment heading eastward on the CSX line ( former L & N.) during the day. It was pulled by a pair of KCS EMD road switchers and consisted of flat cars with tanks and armored personnel carriers.

  • That is one HELL of a lot of wieght!!!

  • Holy Shit!

  • i dont know what you call them in america both in the uk those were not tanks the were armoured personel carriers

  • @pyromaniac360 the first 6 were tanks and the other ones were infantry fighting vehicles

  • @pyromaniac360 There appeared to be some M-1s on the front of the train. Plus there are a lot of stupid people who don`t know the difference between tanks and personal carriers. When I was in the U.S. Army I loaded a lot of vehicles on trains never once used auto racks.

  • whats in the carriages at 1:11

  • oh no, that's me getting my stuff to my new appartement!

  • damn dude

  • they're going to saddam's birthday party!

  • @roudy1689 if there taking all that i wanna go and uh well my own bradley please :)

  • @wintmint you got it!!

  • The first three were M1A2 Abrams, rest were M2A2 Bradley IFV's. Loading them on the trains is a nightmare. We had to do this back in 2004 when we deployed from Ft Hood, TX to Baghdad. You figure 70tons per tank, that is one heavy train.

  • 2010/07/31台灣Taiwan

  • These are rare to find during the day. Theyre supposed to come at night but a schedule change brang it in late or early. Theyre high prioroty so any train in the way is moved aside.

  • IFVs and MBTs

  • Another outstanding video Jamie! I'm not as knowledgeable about the Abbeville Sub as I am the Piedmont Division since I film there a lot. The only military train I have ever seen on the Abbeville Sub is W806. I caught him early in the morning about a month or so ago. I don't know if that's W806 or not that you caught, but just though I would help you out a little. Keep them coming Jamie.

  • Santa Claus is the operator of this train.

He's delivering toys to big boys.

    Who's been a good boy?

  • @ES350ES350 ME ME ME!!! I WANT EVERY SINGLE ONE OF 'EM!!!

  • were the first few cars m1a1 abrams? i could tell the second group of tanks were m2 or m3 bradlys

  • Love the graffiti

  • @czudej Hate the graffiti. after all it`s criminal activity.

  • sweeeeeeet!!

  • hm looks like the stuff of a whole infantry battalion.

  • That is one Heavy train!!!

  • 1:12 yeah!, a TFM autorack! , and all these military equipment looks good.

  • buen video de 5* desde mexico

  • lots of autoracks

  • Wtf, this happened in Flowery Branch, Georgia yesterday at 11pm too.

  • ciekawe co w tych wagonach było???

  • u could take over belguim with that train LOL

  • That GP60, the rail its sitting on sure as hell doesnt look very level. lol

  • Eh, that's CSX for ya.

  • probably just some guy who likes tanks and wanted to order 30,000 identical ones. more Bradley's cuz they're smaller, you can fit them anywhere. boxes are just cotton candy machines.

  • great video! How often does this military train run and does it run by New Jersey? Thank you.

  • Are those Bradley ICV's in the first flat cars

  • i dare someone to to try and jump on there .....see how fast the military has some mps popping out of the wood work lol

  • @battlekid90 the mp rides the engines on all military moves

  • yes i kno hense why i said try to jump on and see how fast they show up

  • Last time i saw a military train it carried mini helicopters, tanks,SUV's, some AFV's, and crates that said "EXPLOSIVE DANGER". Must be grenades. It would be funny if one derailed. Military trains are sooo rare these days. But awesome if seen. if only i had a bazooka Xd

  • @lilkid91 ya real funny! what if we didn't have a military would that be funny to.

  • @lilkid91 Bazookas are obsolete. Maybe a LAWS, or an AT4, better yet a TOW. 30 years ago I was in a TOW platoon, there still around and none better.

  • yea they always do thisshit and they go east and west to that guy down there

  • I wonder if thats for the National Guard

  • All military personnel are eligible for a free ride on board this military train. All expenses paid!

  • Rock On!!! I'm in the army so i'm good, lol.

  • wow very very very very cool love this vid.

  • that was freaking awesome!

  • woot train full o Bradleys....wonder if I ask the engineer nicelyif he will let me have one roflmao

  • right...lol, if you want to operate one, join the army and become a combat engineer, they'll train you on 1

  • How do we know it's Army and not Marines? My dad had a great story about the Marines getting a train load of tanks in Florida and weren't able to get the tanks off the flat cars due to the handbrake stem at the end. The contract said drive-on, drive-off but whoever loaded it used a crane (which they didn't have in Fl). The Colonel told them to cut the handbrakes off and put 'em in a gondola. If it says drive off, then by golly drive them off. They need to be on that ship Now!

    Just a story.

  • funny

  • the marines don't use bradleys i thought they used abrams, lav 25's and lvtp -7's. maybe i'm wrong but i don't think i am.

  • Yep. I'd like to know if this was a north or southbound train. Probably coming from or going to Fort Stewart in Savannah or Fort Benning in Columbus. I could also be totally wrong on this information. It could be coming from Hollywood and going to Myrtle Beach.

  • LMAO

  • well all i know is that train is pulling a lot of weight... each tank weighs 50,000 lbs. just looked it up on google. + the weight of each rail car. + the weight of the load in each rail car. and 2 engines. pulling it no problem.

  • We don't use Bradleys.

  • You're not wrong. The Army uses Abrams tanks as well as Bradley AFV's.

  • it's a GP60, read the description

  • 1 guy smoking lots of ammunition

  • Damn that's maybe a hundred million dollars worth of stuff

  • I'd say a lott more than that! haha

  • i like them when it's my weapons :)

  • @diazpepe :_ well those weapons are keeping u from being bombed by flying taliban bombs.

  • @diazpepe softee

  • @diazpepe Do-you-have-any-respect-for-our-Troops.And-those-tanks-are-beasts

  • @diazpepe

dont tell me your one of those anti gun people...

  • It's the shaking train!!! Near CSX 6899 tanks shake really hard.

  • u dont see tat on Thomas the tank Engine haha

  • rock n rollin wonder wat class this train is

  • where is the M1A1 tank..

i want to see MAUS tank on the train

  • wOOw

  • AWSOME 5 str

  • What no coaches for the MP's?

  • Awesome Train!!! CSX rocks!!!

  • Lol imagine if one of those trains derailed in a city

  • i'll run this way, you run that way :)

  • or better yet if like the last car got disconnected and you got yourself 3 tanks in your back yard

  • you'd go " Mom! Can i have a M1 Abrams tank? NO! Ok. BOOM! Mom! I just blew up the neighbors house lol

  • @general1000 it would be like GTA san andres with the tankK! see how many stars you can get haha

  • really? they look like abrams tanks

  • Love the random engine on the siding.

  • What is that inside of autorack? But I know that autorack belong to cars and trucks stuff but why military have belong to autorack so what up what is inside the autorack? that military hummer or something?

  • could be just standard cars/trucks that get deployed to the foreign bases. i suppose they need "regular" vehicles to support the operation in addition to the hummers, tanks, etc.

  • Maybe could be! Because this first my time because I've never see to any trains bring military bring with autoracks anything else but mostly trains always bring military objects on flat cars that it but hit I see this trains bring the autorack belong to military really so very great!

    Its cool interested!

    Great video and 5 rating!

    *add favorite ^^

  • The Russians are in South America, Cuba, Alaska, and the UN troops by the 10's of thousands are in fact here in the US located near major population centers. In other words, when they crash the dollar, an event will happen, either before the election allowing Bush to legally suspend the election, declare martial law in accordance with the current acts or the next president will do it. In line with the New World Orders plans.

  • yes i think you are correct my friend

  • @CSXDixieLine Those are probably carrying M998 hummers, which can fit inside autoracks. That right there is pretty much an entire front-line infantry division of the US Army, M2/M3 Bradley IFVs and all their support vehicles.

  • @CSXDixieLine ive heard that those autoracks can carry hummers.

  • @FlyBikes089 They take pick up trucks and suburbans for the base and certain missions.

  • @FlyBikes089 it is usually the hummers that do not have trailers attached to them. That is what we put in the autoracks when i worked at Fort hood

  • wow man guess what CSX 5271 is one of the engines i just caught yesterday in port Vue Pa with trash and a frieght cool video!

  • wow in my opinion it soudns nothing like a typical CSX horn, it sounds like BNSF or something

    awesome video man

  • look at those cars rock back and forth at like 1:44. great video!

  • thanks...a whole different kind of rock & roll heaven for me.

  • lol great video!

  • @ballparkfrank10 thats CSXs finest track for ya!

  • building an n-scale modern clinchfield (csx). hope to build some mockups of the benchwork this weekend to see what heights are best for the decks.

  • hey, thanks for the compliments! i was planning on doing just that this summer, but once again my interests have swung back over to my model railroad. give me a few weeks and i'll probably swith back :)

  • Fantastic stuff!! Well done and thanks. I wouldn't get to see great (big!!)trains like these otherwise, living in little Wales in the UK. Cheers

  • Whoa, awesome! Good catch, M2 Bradleys! You are lucky to see those! One of these days I hope to get behind the turret of one of them or an Abrams. I see those 100 ton loads getting some bobbing going over what I assume is a section of jointed rail! Favoriting, 5/5.

  • thanks for the compliments and for the info, i cant believe how little i know about military equipment. yes that is a joint there, and as a matter of fact right about that very spot is where the abbeville sub begins at milepost sg561.0. that train is coming off the atlanta terminal sub at the beginning.

  • Good to see you back man, nice. Most war trains that I have seen go under a W.

  • thanks! you know, i heard the bg dispatcher talking to a w train and thought that was what was coming, but when this one called signals "north tucker" and "tucker holdout" he only gave locomotive number. i thing you are right about the w prefix.

  • Nice catch man.

I don't know if it's the same train but I saw a military train come up the A&WP Friday (5/30)morning around 9:30 AM. It looked VERY similar to this one only it had a green & silver SD40-2 leaser in the lead, a CW40-8 and a GEVO. The train came up from Montgomery Friday morning and if they didn't head to Waycross they most likely made it to Atlanta Friday afternoon.

    Nice catch indeed.

  • busy! not enough time for railfanning. working on the layout again; hopefully going on a 2-3 day trip to the clinchfield later this month.

  • i definitely saw hummers in a few.

  • awesome video nice catch
