Dries Van Noten: Spring 2009 RTW

my favorite collection from master Dries! The clothes are wearable and pragmatic. The silhouettes and forms are very classic and easy yet thrown to modernist graphical prints and clever juxtapositions/combinations of colors and materials! The accessories offered that ethnic approach that never failed to enchant with the entire collection. TRIBAL-esque yet FUTURISTIC-esque! However you gonna call it, but this is certainly DRIES in full throttle!

Well done dries once again! seriously one of my fave collections. very sulptural and taking in consideration of the graphics of nature as well as usual for dries.

One of the best shows i've seen this season. Graphic, shiny and very modern. The necklaces are realy simple but so perfect and scuptural; and the color block dresses are as divine as the sculpture in the show
