@robin22391 Maybe they should read ahead so that they can follow along if they are having trouble. It's a university intro. bio class, meaning it's essentially gr. 12 biology. It's pretty standard. I'm still in school too...what's you're point?

Well Biology's easier than my subject which is chemistry with nanotechnology, so you can think again about your statement, MY POINT if you don't mind me rementioning it, is that this guy is confusing, i'm not saying that he's unknowledged but I am saying that it's horrible trying to follow him. Also he's just talking about genetic variation at this point... And i'm upto scratch with it mate = )

Take your own advice, I wasn't talking about you or your major. I was saying that to generalize someone else's major as "simple" when you clearly don't know anything about it is pretentious and ignorant.

you must be living on the moon if you haven't heard that sociology is simple relative to a science degree. it sounds bad but it's common knowledge, do some research your royal highness.

no, i don't have to rethink my statement. it still stands: people who want simple are better served in a non-science major. that doesn't mean it applies to you so save your bragging about what you're studying to yourself "mate = )"

I agree with you. But it think that is because he is too "smart" and knows too much, so he doesn't know how to express himself with an audience with so little knowledge.

Well...science as a whole is hard, if only because people aren't used to thinking in this way. After all, it was a very recent enterprise [about 200 years ago] in the long history of humanity [at least 100 000 years ago].
