really useful tutorial^^

i just have one question: i tried to change one bitmap setting in the material for several object materials. this worked fine with cubes and the same kind of material. but how do i script different maps from different materials of different objects (let's say: plants?)

Hi is it possible in max that I want the animation of the xref file to start at certain time.. Like the max animation start at 0.. but when i xref it to the other maxfile i want that animation start at 100? is it possible?

There are limits, but they're very far away from what we did here. Generally speaking, it tends to flake out on some mental ray functions, UVW functions, and window management.  I'll see if I can put together a few more fun MaxScript videos. ^_^
