as a dancer who has been dancing for years, that was very entertaining. this girl has definatley got talent and amazing strength but this dance only shows that she can turn and kick. for the way this girl is dancing, she can take on more challenges with her jumps and worry less about her turning.

I am a dancer, and its apparent that she can do tricks. but thats basically it. dance is more than fouette sequences and high leaps, its about emotion and feeling the music. the had no emotion, or expression. she was too focused on doing advanced tricks, which she did well. but just being flexible doesnt make you a dancer. she needs better choreography and some serious training on how to bring emotion into a dance.

@mhsmustang21 acaully jazz is kind like this.. yea i agree she did alot of tricks like gymnastics.. but still lyrical is more of an emotional dance.. but jazz is more of a fun techincal dance like in this video.... so if your looking for more of a emotional dance then look up lyrical or ballet :P i could be wrong but oh well.. im in jazz and lyrical .!

@Rebeccaa121 yeah i know, jazz is supposed to be a lighter dance. but she has no excited facial expressions. she is just going through the steps of her dance, she has no expressions, except a smile. there is just more to it than that, even jazz. ive been doing jazz since i was three, so i'm pretty sure i know how its supposed to be. but thats your opinion. like ive said before, she has amazing tricks. so shes good. dont get me wrong

And leg holds or no leg holds, dance is bad for your body none the less.

American dance competitions are much different to the ones in the UK, the US have great dancers but they tend to show their turning and flexibility off more than here in the uk, in the uk we dont tend to learn turning untill grade 5-6 or your taught now and again how to do them .. this dance had way to much turns and tricks than just normal modern dance
