@jesusalcalagonzalez No idea if you ever worked out the pagination thing... but if you set up an actual book within InDesign, that will handle it all for you if you set it up properly. Look on iTunes for a podcast called "The InDesigner", he has a 5 part video of how to do this including how to index things at the end, well worth the watch if you use InDesign, no matter your skill level.

Helpful, clear information with good audio and picture. My only criticism, which also mentioned by another post here, is that the videos aren't titled with consistently or with numbers despite the fact that they are clearly meant to be watched consecutively.
