Are you kidding? It's a company logo, it doesn't matter where a product is sold in the world, a logo's a logo. Multi-National Corporations like Nike, Adidas, Sony, Logitech etc. have their names spelt out in Romanized letters also over in Japan... I don't see why it has to be in Japanese just because it's a Japanese product.

I don't have brain age so I'm not exactly sure how it works in that regard, but the vertical mode of the stand can altered so that the ds's d-pad is either on the bottom right or top left.

it works for lefties and righties. it has fixed orientations for both verical axes and only for upright horizontal axis. no upsidedown.
